Refund policy

We offer a 5-day return policy. This means you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at mallery.performance@gmail.com with your order details. Return instructions and the return address will be provided upon approval.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized products
• Perishable goods
• Personal care items
• Hazardous materials
• Sale items and gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 7 days without providing a reason.
Returned items must meet the same conditions: unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–15 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
